My Training

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition* where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.  I did additional course work in hormonal health and gut health, both of which I am passionate about.  I want to educate women about options for feeling their best without having to be on birth control or other prescribed drugs.  I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT, 200) and have completed Mindful Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training.  My goal is to use all of these methods to provide you the best, most comprehensive results.
