Maca Pancakes with "Caramel Icing"

These high protein pancakes are great for a cold day breakfast and will keep you satisfied until lunchtime rolls around!

Ingredients

PANCAKES:
1 banana

1/4 cup almond flour

2 eggs

*Optional scoop of protein powder 

1/2-1/2 cup milk (1/2 cup if you use protein powder)

1 tsp Maca powder

1 dash salt

ICING:
1/2 cup greek yogurt (or yogurt of choice)

1tsp vanilla

1-2 tbs almond butter

1 date

Directions

Blend pancake ingredients and let sit 5 minutes.

Cook on medium high heat until bubbly.  

Blend icing ingredients and top pancakes!
