Dark Chocolate Overnight Oats

I love this delicious-ness for breakfast or as dessert!  Its that good... and I always make sure I have some on hand around that time of the month.  Its super satiating and quells any sugar cravings! 

Cooking Time

Overnight or 2+ hours in the fridge.

Ingredients

1 Mason Jar

1/2 Cup Gluten Free Oats

2 tablespoon chia seeds

2 tablespoon hemp seeds (or sub an additional tablespoon of chia)

2 tablespoons of peanut butter or almond butter

1 scoop active stacks chocolate protein powder

1 tsp cacao 

1 8 oz container of Siggi's Probiotic Vanilla Drinkable Yogurt 

*if Dairy free, substitute 1 cup pure full fat coconut milk 

Directions

Add all the ingredients to the mason jar, shake and refrigerate!
