1/2 c. gluten free oats
1/4 c. milk of choice
1/2 banana
1 tbs. flax
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use active stacks)
2 eggs
Blend and cook over medium heat.
Top with pomegranate seeds, coconut flakes and date syrup.
